- Armament Adagio can target unequipped Creatures. If so, the other target Creature will be unequipped after Armament Adagio resolves.
Strategies[]
Armament Adagio is a potent BattleGear removal option, as many BattleGear choices are personalized for each Creature in a deck. Swapping two pieces of BattleGear can thus leave two of your opponent's Creatures with useless gear. It is a particularly strong answer to Xerium Armor by forcing it onto a weak support Creature instead of the opponent's main fighter. It can also be used on an opposing Creature that is about to be destroyed in order to wipe out another piece of BattleGear when that Creature is taken out, which can be especially potent if you are swapping it with a useless card like a spent Destructozooka.
Defensively, Armament Adagio is a decent option for Bodal's Dagger decks, allowing you to keep the Dagger around if the wielder is about to be destroyed.
Note that because this card targets Creatures, it cannot swap a Weightless Energy Vessel or AZAIA Mindprobe (if the holder has high Wisdom).
