In Chaotic Now or Never there were actually six tribes on Perim. There was a card called The Book Of Hinya-Iha. The card text said "The book belongs to the Leader of the Frozen, and in this book lies the power of some of her powerful enchantment magic". Hinya-lha is the Leader of the Frozen and The Frozen's second female leader.
