Maze of Menace

Maxxor's end appears near as Lord Van Bloot and Chaor race to seize the mighty hero's powers. With time running out, it's up to Tom to save the leader of the OverWorld -- but first he has to find Maxxor and make his way through an UnderWorld maze of treachery, deception, and danger!
Summary- Maxxor is in a dark place in the underworld, and he is still scared! Meanwhile Yokkis and Tom are "having some fun" when a blue orb hits Tom and Najarin is talking about the fate of the Overworld depending on him. Tom goes to a place and Najarin and Intress arrive as well. They tell Tom about Maxxor's whereabouts. He is in the Labyrinth of Linsic, hoping to save himself. Van Bloot's Decompisition Mugic is getting worse, but Maxxor's Courage, Power, Wisdom, and Speed, are flowing into a Kol-stone. If someone broke it open, they would gain what Maxxor has lost. That stone, and others like it, were in a sanctuary that can only be found by going through the Maze if you're in the Overworld. The also explain that Van-Bloot probably already knew and was heading to the sanctuary already. The only way to beat Van-Bloot would be for a human to port there and Tom was the only human they trusted enough with something important like that. Najarin and Intress have to look for Maxxor because he didn't know the Labyrinth and he could get lost or even worse. Van-Bloot however had no idea about the Kol-Stone until he spied on their conversation. While this happens Krekk blabs about what Van-Bloot did to Chaor when Chaor catches him. Tom goes to the Sanctuary and long story short he nearly gets killed by Van-Bloot but manages to escape with the Kol-Stone :). But when he gets to the Labyrinth to wait for Najarin and Intress with hopefully Maxxor he meets instead Chaor! When Tom panics and makes a run for it Chaor chases him and manages to scare Tom into giving the Kol-Stone up. That's when Van-Bloot appears and fights Chaor. During the fight Tom gets trapped between a river of lava that was created by a misfired attack and a wall. Chaor beats Van-Bloot and Maxxor is revealed to have been watching. Chaor finds out and attacks Maxxor. He breaks the Kol-Stone only to discover it was a fake. Tom had made a clever plan to fake Van-Bloot out if he got there before Najarin and Intress. Tom still had the real Kol-Stone which he throws to Maxxor. Maxxor catches and breaks it. Maxxor gets back to normal and defeats Chaor. Realizing he lost Chaor takes a cheap shot at Tom (who was still stuck) knowing Maxxor wouldn't be able to resist saving the kid that saved him. Najarin and Intress arrive and when Chaor takes yet another cheap shot at Maxxor and Tom but Najarin blocks it. Chaor escapes using some kind of smoke attack. Maxxor is disappointed because he thought he really had Chaor but Intress and Najarin are just glad Maxxor's alright (and Tom's glad he didn't get killed). In the end Tom gets another scan of Maxxor but this time he's all better. Tom says that he and Maxxor were going to kick some serious code when he got back to Chaotic and they all have a big laugh.
